In casino's you will find community card, stud and draw games.
Community card games include Texas Hold 'em and Omaha and few other
derivatives. Texas Hold 'em has become extremely prevalent on TV and
in casinos. Both games use cards dealt up on the tables for all
players.
In Texas Hold 'em:
You can use any five cards from your hand or the community cards to make
your hand. Two people put in blinds to start (there are no antes). The
small blind is the first player dealt to, left of the dealer/the player on
the button. The small blind is normally half the amount of the big
blind, who is second to the left of the dealer.

 | A round of betting occurs minimum bet is equal to the blinds (which
vary depending on the game you are playing) |
 | Three community cards are dealt up, this is called the flop |
 | A round of betting occurs as before |
 | One community card is dealt up, this is called the turn (or 4th

 | A round of betting occurs as before |
 | One community card is dealt up, this is called the river (or 5th
Street) |
 | A final round of betting occurs as before |
In Omaha:
You must use two cards from your hand and three
from the community cards to make your hand.
 | You are dealt 4 down cards |
